Bioeconomy strategies in the German federal states
Duration: 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2027
The project examines how the concept of bioeconomy is framed politically and implemented in the German federal states. Following the adoption of the National Bioeconomy Strategy 2020, bioeconomy is an important concept for the sustainable transformation of the economy, which is also gaining increased attention at the federal state level. The aim of the project is to conduct comparative research into the political framework conditions, priorities and conflicts of bioeconomy at federal state level and to identify important political drivers and obstacles.
